Design Project

The Al-Matarfiya Villa project reflects Sinyar’s vision of delivering a fully integrated interior design that balances elegance and functionality. The design was developed with a calm, contemporary approach, using neutral tones, natural materials, and carefully planned lighting to create visually connected and well-balanced spaces. The scope of work included full interior design, space planning, material and finishes selection, lighting design, and custom furniture, with a smart layout that enhances privacy and spatial flow. The project features the main entrance, men’s majlis with washing and bathroom areas, dining room, family living area, and staircase on the ground floor, in addition to family living spaces, the master bedroom with office, walk-in wardrobe and bathrooms, and additional bedrooms on the first floor, as well as the laundry area and maid’s room on the roof floor, resulting in a contemporary residence.
